Teaching and Outreach
Charlotte's lessons are 'well planned' with 'a strong emphasis on practical music making.' This results 'in excellent focus of fully engaged and very enthusiastic pupils.' As a teacher, Charlotte has experience working with students of all ages and abilities, including additional needs. She is able to offer tuition in clarinet, recorder and Saxophone to all levels, and piano up to grade 5. She is currently a Teacher Leader with Newham Music as a woodwind instrumental tutor teaching whole class, small group and individual lessons in clarinet, recorder, saxophone and flute. Charlotte is experienced in teaching adults and has a growing cohort of adult students that study with her both in person and online.

Charlotte teaches privately from her home in Muswell HIll, North London. She is happy to prepare students for both ABRSM and Trinity exams or just to play for fun. She has an up to date Enhanced DBS.
Price: £40 for an hour or £25 for half an hour.

She has been a trustee of the Wind-Up Penguin Theatre Company which provides outreach work to countries where music is not readily accessible. She also has workshop experience with LSO Discovery. She is available to participate in outreach work.
